RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because all items are made to order we do not encourage returns.
However, if you are unsatisfied with the product, you are able to return your order within 14 days of delivery.*

Every item must be returned in its original state and packaging. Please fill in the return form here.

Shipping costs are at the sender's expense.

You will receive an email conformation once we have received your return and we aim to refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We offer free shipping on orders over 450 EUR.

Orders outside of the Netherlands are shipped with DHL and are traceable through the link provided in your "Shipping Confirmation" email.

Our packaging is plastic free and mostly recycled. We will also plant a tree for every order placed to compensate any CO2 emissions.
